Xiaolin Dragons welcomes the fans who grew up with the Xiaolin world, and kids 6–11 who watch Xiaolin Chronicles™ with a grown-up. Our promise to every visitor is simple:
ActionFliks Media Corp. (“ActionFliks,” “we,” “us”) operates xiaolindragons.com, the official home of Xiaolin Dragons, from Christy Hui, the creator of Xiaolin Showdown®. We are a Delaware corporation.
Contact us: ActionFliks Media Corp., 2207 Concord Pike #718, Wilmington, DE 19803. Phone: (307) 228-0933. Email: hello@xiaolindragons.com
This policy covers xiaolindragons.com. If we launch an app or a game, we add a section here first, explaining exactly how it works.
This policy is written for grown-up fans, and for parents and guardians. It also covers the licensees, partners, studios, and members of the press who visit our site.
We run our site from the United States.
We do not ask for or collect personal information from anyone under 18, beyond the basic technical information every website receives (Section 4). Our contact form is for adults and business inquiries only.
When anyone visits our site, including a child, our servers automatically receive technical information such as the device’s IP address, browser type, and the page requested.
We use authorized service providers and industry-standard tools to host, secure, and protect our website. They may use information only to help us run it. Our videos play through YouTube, which follows its own privacy policy (Section 7).
We never sell or rent information. We share it only:
When adults use our website and contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, company, type of inquiry, and anything you write to us. Before sending the form, you confirm that you are 18 or older and agree that we may use this information to reply to you.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time, unless the law requires us to keep it (see Section 2).
Our site links to places we don’t run, such as YouTube and Amazon. When you leave our site, that company’s own privacy policy applies.
We keep information only as long as we need it, then delete it according to the authorized vendor’s policy.
| Information | Why we have it | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|
| Technical information (server logs) | To run and protect the site | Deleted automatically after 7 days |
| Messages from a child (if any) | Never wanted, received only by accident | Deleted promptly, unused |
| Business inquiries from adults | To reply and work with you | We keep it to maintain business relationships. |
Because we do not collect information that identifies your child, there is nothing for us to review or delete. However, you can still ask us anytime so we can check and verify. If our records show that we have any information about your child, or have collected information about your child without our knowledge, we’ll delete it and stop any further collection.
To protect your family, we may ask you to confirm your identity and that you are the parent or guardian. Please reach us by mail, phone, or email (see Section 2). We answer every request from a parent or guardian.
Our site uses a secure connection (HTTPS). We use commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect information. We limit who can see business inquiries, and we choose service providers that protect the information they handle for us. No website can promise perfect security, but we keep what we collect to a minimum.
If we make an important change, we’ll post a notice on our site before it takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. If we ever want to collect personal information from children, we will ask a parent or guardian for permission first, as the law requires.
